One: The
Fix for Garbled Text in Entourage Email!
 This
problem has been on our hit list for months. Many Entourage users
report sporadic problems with garbled text in certain mail messages.
We
covered one related issue caused by duplicate Helvetica's way back
in Tip
#04: Fix Garbled Fonts in Safari, Explorer or Mail. That solution
helped, but there was something else going on as well. Here is the
last (we hope) missing piece:
Quit
Entourage, open the following folder on your computer, and delete
the two files listed below:
Users/[YourUserName]/Library/Caches
-
com.microsoft.browserfont.cache
- Tasman Browser.cache
With
these two files removed, relaunch Entourage and see if the text
display is fixed. Let us know what happens (email us at tips@creativetechs.com).
