Phone & email support. Full access to CreativeTechs' team as often as you need. For software questions, purchase recommendations, troubleshooting, technical issues, or anything else we can help with.

Easy Remote Troubleshooting (NEW). Download one of these two applications for easy remote troubleshooting visits. No fussing with firewall issues. Get a tech on the phone, click the button to start a screensharing session, and your problems are almost gone!

Evening & weekend Access. Run into problems after hours? The private member support line (our '789' phone number) lets you page any of the techs for help. Great protection when you need it.

Emergency service. When you need help NOW! We'll reshuffle our schedule to get you taken care of. Bumping non-Priority clients if necessary.

Discounts for onsite work. Priority support clients receive a substantial discount on all onsite hourly work.

NEW: Apple Authorized Service. For priority clients with 25+ installed Macs, CreativeTechs can now provide full Apple warranty and AppleCare repair. More details...

 

Monthly care package. Each month we send a care package to each priority client. This package includes pages of creative and tech tips. Plus other goodies. We're at work on ways to make this monthly care package more valuable. Quarterly troubleshooting CDs and DVDs are also in the works.

Members' website. To supplement our monthly care packages, we're adding this new members-only website. To start with we have a PDF archive of Design Tools Monthly. Each month we'll be adding new goodies to make this an increasingly valuable member resource.
